Shipping / Delivery

Getting your new mirror to you quickly and safely is of the utmost importance.

We offer a variety of shipping methods. Our products are securely and carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.


We are so confident and proud of our products that we offer an extensive 5 year guarantee on all our LED and Illuminated mirrors which covers all electronic components including LEDs, drivers, ballasts and defoggers (excluding fluorescent lamps).

Please note that this guarantee does not include cosmetic damage to the items.

Our customers drive our business and therefore we value your feedback and any comments or suggestions you may have. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we ask that prior to leaving any feedback, you contact us so we can review the issue and ensure that we have taken every possible step to resolve any concerns.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee for any reason within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the product, providing the product is returned to us by you in its original, re-saleable condition. This includes the packaging for each product. Refunds and exchanges do not include your shipping cost.

We are also happy to exchange any product within 30 days of it being received, providing the product is returned to us by you in its original, re-saleable condition, including the packaging for each product. Refunds and exchanges do not include return shipping cost.

We request that products are fully checked upon receipt for damages or defects, regardless of the date of installation of the product, as late reports of in-transit damages or defects can not be compensated for.

Upon any damages or defects reported within 30 days of receiving the product (photographs may be requested), we will make the arrangements to have the damaged item (or part) returned to us and a replacement shipped out.

Any goods that are reported as defective within the guarantee period will be replaced upon safe return to us of the item in question. We reserve the right to test all returns before a replacement is sent out.
