Returns and Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?

We can exchange any item for you within 30 days of receipt; you will need to notify a member of our Customer Service team by phone or e-mail. Items that you are returning for exchange will need to be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We pride ourselves on delivering top quality products and aim to ensure maximum satisfaction for all our customers. If your item has arrived damaged, please let us know right away by contacting our Customer Service team by telephone or e-mail. We will work to resolve any issue with a damaged item as soon as you make us aware of it.

How will my damaged item be replaced?

Once your claim has been received (please note we may require photographs), a member of our Customer Service team will contact you. In some cases we may need to receive the damaged item from you before a replacement is sent, although on most occasions a new part or item is sent out to you the same day.

How long will it take for a replacement to be sent?

In the rare case that you need a replacement part we will ship it on the day we are notified (providing we are notified before 2pm). If a complete replacement is needed, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damage. Then, either return shipping will be arranged by us or we will send you a new unit, depending on the extent of the damage.

What do I do if the item delivered is incorrect or parts are missing from my order?

In the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect item or have parts missing from your order, please notify a member of our Customer Service team as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. We strive to resolve all problems as soon as we are notified about them.

Our Return Policy

You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. We offer a 100% money back guarantee providing the product is returned to us in its original, re-saleable condition, including packaging. Please notify our Customer Service team by telephone or e-mail prior to returning any goods.

Where do i return my unwanted items to?

All goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a shipping service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
