Shipping

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that it’s on its way to you. The e-mail will contain your order number enabling you to check the progress of your order and track the estimate delivery date.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We pride ourselves on delivering top quality products and aim to ensure maximum satisfaction for all our customers. If your item has arrived damaged, please let us know right away by contacting our Customer Service team by telephone or e-mail. We will work to resolve any issue with a damaged item as soon as you make us aware of it.

What do I do if the item delivered is incorrect or parts are missing from my order?

In the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect item or have parts missing from your order, please notify a member of our Customer Service team as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. We strive to resolve all problems as soon as we are notified about them.

Do you ship worldwide?

We can ship worldwide. Please contact our Customer Service team by e-mail or telephone in order for us to quote you the shipping cost.

How do I know the cost of shipping?

Upon checkout you will be presented with various shipping methods and their cost. At that point, you can choose the option that best meets your needs. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service team by telephone or e-mail.

Can I deliver to a different address?

It is important that you receive your item when and where you want it. During checkout, there is the opportunity to enter a different delivery address, for example a work address.
